A little later than usual but as we prepare for this evening's fixtures let's see what happened last week.

A relegation scrap that tingled all the senses, a 10 goal swing that's put the league on red alert and rumour has it, a traitor amongst the ranks 👀

So put the kettle on, get your Bovril ready and let's tuck into the football ⚽️

BBH London 9 - 7 We Are Social

Reports state that a BBH player played for WAS for the entire game due to a shortage of players. Some say it's good sportsmanship, but the traditionalist will say otherwise. Will they reveal themself? The match itself was extremely close. A mid-table battle that has now taken BBH into title contentions, a banana skin well and truly avoided 🍌

Wieden + Kennedy&K 11 - 12 McCann London

An end-to-end shoot-out and an early six-pointer at the bottom of the table. The match was the definition of "a game of two halves". In the first, McCann were entirely dominant and clinical in front of a goal, against a W&K team that were surprisingly off the pace. However, the opposite was true in the second half, and a well-fought battle ensued which easily could have gone either way. McCann take the points on this occasion and break away from the bottom half, whilst W&K are still searching for their first points of the season.

adam&eveDDB 17 - 7 Anomaly

Now to the top of the league. An attacking masterclass that has catapulted Adam & Eve into title contention. Injuries meant that anomaly were missing some key players and unfortunately for them, Adam & Eve and their flying Scotsman, Nicholas, were ruthless, playing direct and fast flowing football that was difficult to defend against.

Droga5 10 - 4 Saatchi & Saatchi

Last but not least, we have our top of the table clash and a 4 vs 4 that tested every ounce of fitness that Droga5 and Saatchi had! Due to the inevitable space available, both sides had several moments of skill and class throughout the game. But sometimes you don't need a chisel, you need a hammer! And in Fred , Droga5 had a slegde hammer! Smashing through the Saatchi defence and propelling Droga to the top of the league 🔨
