This week was no different. After they notched an impressive 18 goals passed We Are Social and move on to the next.

Could the leaders follow?
They were up against a tough Anomaly side but thankfully, the infamous TS7 returned from his holibobs.

The game was tight as both sides cancelled each other out in the first half. Although McCann may have edged the quality factor, Anomaly showed grit and determination to keep on level terms.

In the end, McCann's persistence showed as they dialled up the heat and put some distance between the sides in the last 10.

But it wasn't easy 😮‍💨

There's one game in the calendar that will be crucial.
And that's VCCP.
They'll either turn up and give them a cracking game.
Or.
Like this week, not turn up at all 🥁

AMV BBDO made things a little trickier for their opponents this week by actually turning up.

Their game against Ogilvy UK was made all the more frustrating by keeper Stott, as he made a suite of cracking saves. With the imminent departure of Droga5's, Anderson, he's looking favourite to have the safest hands in the league 🧤

Reports from the ref that captain Sadler led by example and put in a cracking performance. Although not enough to secure the win, hopefully, it will be a well-needed confidence boost for AMV as they need to finish the season strongly.

adam&eveDDB, supported by Ringer FC have hit a spot of form after their thumping of The Mill makes it 4 on the bounce. A string of results captain Wilkie will be delighted with after fears for his job earlier in the season 😮‍💨

We also had a game on Tuesday this week. Quite the opposite of the sunny Monday fixtures.

A washout 🌧

Both teams arrived in town for a 7:00PM kick-off that was delayed 40 minutes due to the rain, much to everyone’s dismay. Especially the AKQA fans 😬

Captain Elliott was determined to get this fixture played and when we finally kicked off, you could see why.

The AKQA cheerleaders will be begged to return after this week saw them produce their best performance yet.
